[Remote] Content Operations Lead (Brazil - Remote)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Alts Digital is a fast-growing group that builds digital ventures in the iGaming and Fintech sectors. They are seeking a Content Operations Lead to own and scale content systems across their websites, focusing on designing workflows and measuring content performance for the Brazilian market.
Responsibilities
- Own and scale content systems across web and mobile: templates, modules, automation pipelines, workflows, and quality standards.
- Prototype new content formats and features, translating ideas into tangible mockups or MVPs.
- Design workflows that use AI, human editors, and automation for reliable, scalable output.
- Define execution plans with clear steps, constraints, and expected outcomes.
- Measure what matters, setting KPIs for content performance, UX quality, and operational efficiency.
- Prioritize strategically, grounding decisions in frameworks, impact, and opportunity sizing.
- Plan and manage content calendars, integrating insights from Product, Data, SEO, and Outreach.
- Apply UX and clarity principles to ensure content is genuinely helpful, usable, and conversion-oriented.
- Analyze competitors and leverage insights to stay ahead in Brazil’s fast-moving betting market.
- Support digital PR and outreach, contributing local insight, strategic angles, and content hooks.
- Continuously optimize, running experiments and proposing improvements backed by data and reasoning.
Skills
- Have hands-on experience owning content systems, workflows, or automation pipelines.
- Can build low- or mid-fidelity prototypes independently (Miro, Figma, no-code, AI tools).
- Use AI not only for writing — but for research, structuring, QA, and scaling.
- Think in clear steps, not vague concepts: you can explain how you’d implement something end-to-end.
- Adapt your approach to real-world constraints (no user database, dynamic operator sites, no login layers).
- Make decisions grounded in prioritization frameworks, not intuition alone.
- Communicate clearly and confidently — explaining your reasoning and trade-offs.
- Love ownership: you take accountability for outcomes, not just tasks.
- Are detail-oriented, curious, and energized by new tools and smarter workflows.
