Retail eCommerce Channel Marketing Manager
This role is responsible for leading the development and execution of channel marketing activities and programs for the Schlage brand to achieve our objectives and sales goals with our eCommerce retail partners. This will include driving the demand generation of both mechanical door hardware and electronic smart locks.
The Channel Marketing Manager is directly responsible for developing and leading the annual marketing calendar with your eCommerce retailers, to include: online merchandising and digital shelf set-up, optimizing our digital brand presence and share of voice, retail promotions, retail paid media / media network planning, content aggregation and advocacy, and partner co-marketing.
Responsible for leading new product launches with your retail partners. Partner with retailers' merchant, marketing, and operations teams to lead the execution of these marketing levers. Lead creation of new strategic ideas to drive business growth with key accounts.
- Create an integrated retail promotional program that will drive incremental retail promotional revenue.
- Gain internal and retail approval of promotional plans and execute to optimal results.
- Develop and activate robust and measurable retail media network (paid media) campaign to increase traffic, engagement, and conversion for Schlage products.
