Active International in Canada is seeking an **Associate Digital Buyer (Social)** in the growing media buying department. This role will be responsible for executing, optimizing, reporting and administration on social media campaigns for Company clients.

- *Key Responsibilities**:
- Work with client and/or AOR to ensure we are briefed on the campaign with the required information, such as planning deck, blocking charts, etc.
- Reach out to vendors for RFPs and build out campaign recommendation, if required.
- Create Media Authorization Form (MAF) for each campaign and send MAF to the client/AOR for signoff.
- Create Buyshell and upload buy details into Prisma.
- Build out the campaign on vendor platform if self-serve or provide instructions to the vendor for managed campaigns.
- If not handled by AOR, send the creative agency the creative specs required and trafficking instructions.
- Work with vendors to implement tags, pixels, UTM codes, etc., and ensure the campaign is launched on time.
- Collaborate with client/AOR/Vendor to ensure buy objectives are met.
- Monitor and optimize buys.
- Create weekly/regular Datorama delivery reports as well as Post Campaign reports and provide insights and learnings.
- Verify monthly billing to client is accurate and that vendor invoices are processed on time and reach out to media vendors to resolve any discrepancies.
- Additional administration as required on other digital (non-social) accounts.

- *Education & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree or College Diploma with a preferred focus on Media, Communications, and/or Business Marketing; or equivalent experience.
- Familiar with industry certifications i.e., Meta Blueprint, Twitter Flight School, Snap Focus Training, Pinterest Academy, etc.
- Minimum 1+ years of the social media buying experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
