OVERVIEW

We are looking for a motivated individual to help guide client work (marketing campaigns, websites and brand projects) and support a growing team. You will be responsible for client project management, supporting internal team collaboration, brainstorming, driving results and more.

THE JOB

Our Marketing Account Coordinator is an important part of each client’s account team at Accelity. The Marketing Account Coordinator drives the day-to-day activity of client campaigns and other projects. To be successful in this role, you’ll do the following:

  • Manage client projects from start to finish, including scheduling meetings, creating agendas, taking notes, updating status documents, and more.
  • Develop strong client relationships by serving as the main point of contact on your accounts, being responsive to clients and meeting with them regularly.
  • Support client onboarding, making each step seamless so clients have a great impression of the agency right away!
  • Monitor monthly and ongoing budgets for clients.
  • Manage and review creative completed by our team, ensuring it’s on time and done within budget.
  • Share client reports internally to provide visibility into what’s working, what’s not, and overall client success.
  • Manage campaigns and other projects in ClickUp, our project management system, with a high degree of organization and attention to detail.
  • Work closely with the Accounts team to ensure client success and collaborate together on how to get there.
  • Communicate often with creative team members (design, copy, development) to ensure client projects are completed with high quality and are on time.
  • Proofread and complete quality checks that add an extra layer of review so we are always putting our best foot forward with clients.
  • Brainstorm campaign ideas and complete research so the agency is always at the cutting edge of marketing best practices and continues to delight clients with fresh, creative ideas.
  • Actively engage and participate in weekly team meetings and other team activities such as volunteering, happy hours, holiday celebrations and more (as remote work allows!).

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing or a related field
  • Understanding of inbound digital marketing concepts
  • Interpersonal skills and patience to work with a variety of clients
  • Great at following through and following up
  • Exceptional level of organization, ability to multitask and balance a variety of projects
  • Willingness to learn and be open to new experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle ambiguity and change
  • Because we meet occasionally in the office, candidates should be located in Southeastern Wisconsin or Northeastern Illinois

APPRECIATED, BUT NOT REQUIRED

  • Previous accounts experience
  • Previous marketing agency experience
  • Inbound and/or HubSpot Marketing Certification
  • Knowledge or experience in any of the following industries: Insurance, Finance, Healthcare, Food & Beverage, Education, Transportation, AI

COMPENSATION

  • Salary $40,000 - $55,000/year
