What You'll Do

As an Ad-Hoc Field Merchandiser, you'll bring your passion for detail and excellent communication skills to represent our clients in the best possible light. Here's a glimpse of what the role entails:
Work Locally - Cover supermarkets and retailers within a 15-mile radius of your location.
Ensure Product Visibility - Make sure our client products have the right shelf space and visibility.
Store Engagement - Build relationships with store staff and managers, helping drive sales through additional displays and stock orders.
Brand Advocacy - Keep retailers informed about exciting product launches, brand activity, and promotions.
Organise with Precision - From shelf replenishment to setting up Point of Sale (POS) materials, your organisation and time management skills will shine!

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should:
Be passionate about delivering excellence and maintaining high standards.
Thrive in fast-paced environments and stay calm under pressure.
Be a strong communicator with the ability to explain objectives clearly and get buy-in from store colleagues.
Have outstanding time management and organisational skills, as well as excellent attention to detail.
Be a strong team player that collaborates effectively with the wider larger team, especially for larger campaigns and feedback sharing.
Previous field merchandising experience is desirable however not essential.

Essential Requirements

An iOS device (iPhone or iPad with iOS 15.0 or higher).
A U.K. Driving Licence - with own car, valid MOT and insurance for business use, unless applying for a role in Zone 1, London where use of TfL is permitted.
Right to work in the U.K.
