Digital Marketing Assistant

Mission and vision implementation, advancement of Christian servitude, and leadership by example, evaluation of effectiveness of all job duties and responsibilities.

Primary Job Duties

Assist program team in implementing nature-based programming. (20+ hours per week
Work alongside our guests doing a variety of garden & horticulture tasks.
Capture video, testimonials, and photography for promotion purposes.
Write and edit digital marketing communications. (Constant Contact, e-newsletters, etc.).
Social media promotion and engagement. (IG, Facebook, etc.)
Assist with website edits and expansion. (WIX, Square)
Administrative tasks as needed (e-mail, scheduling, etc.)

Qualifications

● Enthusiasm for the mission of Zachariah’s Acres and the guests we serve.

● Self-motivated, detailed orientated, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

● Creative, flexible, and willing to have fun in God’s Creation!

● Experience in digital marketing, WIX, Constant Contact is preferred.

Expectations

● Abide by our statement of faith and core values.

● In-person, onsite position (Oconomowoc, WI).

● Occasional weekend and evening events.

● Establish 3‐5 yearly goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
