Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing & Office Manager who can lead VTG’s marketing initiatives while ensuring smooth office operations. This is a unique opportunity for a versatile professional who enjoys both creative marketing and organizational management.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, website).
- Manage content creation (blogs, posts, graphics) and maintain brand consistency.
- Organize webinars, workshops, and user group events for employer branding and lead generation.
- Track and report marketing KPIs (engagement, leads, conversions).
- Collaborate with sales to create marketing collateral and support pipeline growth.
Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations, vendor coordination, and supplies.
- Manage meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and event logistics.
- Assist with basic finance tasks (invoices, expense reports).
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing with exposure to office administration.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, MS Office, and basic design tools (Canva preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho).
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid ads.
- Familiarity with event planning and coordination.
