Duties

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Twitter Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other digital channels.
  • Conduct detailed keyword research and audience segmentation to optimize targeting strategies for maximum engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and web analytics platforms; analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage budgets effectively by allocating resources across campaigns to ensure optimal media buying efficiency and ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that align with campaign goals.
  • Execute conversion optimization tactics by testing ad variations, landing pages, and audience segments to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging platforms, and new advertising tools such as SEO tools and SEM best practices to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.

Experience

  • Proven experience managing large-scale PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns with a focus on performance marketing across Google Ads (formerly AdWords), Bing Ads, and social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools, media planning, and affiliate marketing strategies to complement paid media efforts.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze web analytics data using Google Analytics or similar tools to inform campaign adjustments.
  • Expertise in media buying techniques including SEM (Search Engine Marketing), media planning, budgeting, and bid management.
  • Familiarity with web analytics platforms such as DoubleClick or equivalent ad management systems for tracking conversions and optimizing campaigns.
  • Experience working within e-commerce environments or digital marketing agencies is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights clearly and persuasively.
