Job Title: HCP Marketing Analytics Manager

Location: Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462 (Hybrid 2–3 days onsite)

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Total Hours: 40 hours/week

Hybrid: Onsite 2–3 days per week

Seeking a highly motivated Advanced Analytics Manager to join the Commercial Analytics & Insights team. This position directly supports a U.S. business unit and collaborates closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Business Technology to deliver actionable, data-driven insights. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large healthcare datasets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in pharma, biotech, healthcare, or other commercial data-driven environments.

Hands-on experience in

  • Marketing measurement (MMM), A/B testing
  • HCP segmentation, dynamic targeting
  • Proficiency with large datasets and tools such as Python, R, SQL, and advanced Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to structure ambiguous questions.
  • Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Experience with IQVIA, Symphony, or other healthcare datasets.
  • Hybrid work requirement: 2–3 days onsite per week.

Responsibilities

  • Perform deep-dive brand performance analyses using medical & pharmacy claims, CRM data, promotional data, and other datasets.
  • Develop insights into prescriber behavior, patient access factors, and channel performance to support marketing/sales strategy.
  • Evaluate promotional tactics (digital, field, non-personal) including ROI, effectiveness, and attribution.
  • Support predictive modeling initiatives:
  • HCP targeting
  • Call optimization
  • Dynamic Engagement Plan (DEP) analysis
  • Present analytical findings to senior leadership in clear, concise formats.
  • Support business reviews: QBRs, MBRs, brand planning, and field strategy meetings.
  • Measure field force effectiveness: sample strategy, targeting lists, and initiative impact.
