Talent Acquisition Specialist

This position is hybrid, reporting to the office 2 days per week. Base salary plus up to 25% commission/bonus of base salary paid quarterly.

Transformation Hospitality Solutions (THS) is a hospitality consulting company that provides experienced hospitality consultants on an interim basis (Task Force talent), to the hotel and hospitality industry.

The Full Cycle Recruiter position primarily focuses on sourcing and building a talent database to fulfill temporary Task Force opportunities. The Recruiter finds qualified candidates or identifies potential candidates for temporary openings using information portals like Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, and other sources. The Recruiter’s role is to engage candidates with the skills and experience needed for one or more Task Force consultant roles. Upon identification and thorough screening of such a candidate, the Recruiter builds a detailed candidate profile and presents the talent to the client. That candidate may be assigned immediately or may remain in the THS database for future Task Force positions.

Must have full cycle recruiting experience, have the ability to work with fast turnaround staffing and have hospitality staffing experience. Understanding of Bullhorn system, a plus.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
