Reports to: Head of Partner & Product Marketing
Targeted start date: January 5, 2026
Compensation: £80,000
About Threecolts
Threecolts is the leading software suite for online & offline consumer brands (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Shopify, eBay, etc.). We’ve built a powerful ecosystem of solutions that help businesses grow smarter across revenue recovery, retail operations, pricing, and multichannel management. With 500+ employees globally and strong backing, we are scaling rapidly across new markets and partner channels.
About The Role
We’re hiring a Product Marketing Strategy Lead to own the positioning, messaging, and narrative systems that guide how Threecolts communicates value across multiple flagship products. You will refine and extend existing foundations — ICP definitions, early positioning structures, and our positioning flywheel — into a coherent, scalable system.
This role requires strong product comprehension, structured thinking, and the ability to translate complex SaaS and service offerings into clear, resonant narratives for diverse buyer types. You’ll develop messaging that is compelling, effective, and grounded in customer and product truth, while operating in an environment with ambiguity, evolving product surfaces, and incomplete inputs.
You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Sales, GTM Enablement, and an experienced content strategist to align messaging across sales-led, partner-led, and multichannel motions. The ideal candidate brings narrative clarity, analytical depth, and the maturity to unify perspectives across teams without overreliance on any single lens.
This role manages two PMM direct reports.
What You’ll Do
Insight Intake & Market Synthesis
- Gather insights across various sources to understand buying criteria, objections, and value drivers.
- Interpret product capabilities, constraints, and differentiation to inform positioning and messaging.
- Identify meaningful patterns across ICPs and market dynamics that materially influence how we communicate value.
Positioning Architecture & Narrative Development
- Build and refine positioning frameworks across brand, product, services, and ICP segments.
- Refresh and evolve our positioning twice per year as products mature, ICP needs shift, and new opportunities emerge.
Narrative Application & GTM Alignment
- Collaborate with our content strategist to ensure narratives are structured, resonant, and accurately expressed across major assets.
- Support segment-level storytelling grounded in customer insight, product truth, and market realities.
- Guide downstream teams in applying positioning consistently across sales-led, partner-led, and multichannel motions.
Systems Building & Documentation
- Consolidate system materials into organized, scalable PMM documentation and sources of truth.
- Establish repeatable processes for updating, distributing, and maintaining positioning across GTM teams.
Proof Points & Messaging Validation
- Identify gaps in proof points and collaborate with Sales and PMMs to develop case studies, ROI examples, and customer validation.
- Test messaging with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure accuracy, clarity, and practical resonance.
- Strengthen differentiation and credibility with evidence-backed positioning.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of Product Marketing experience with strong ownership of positioning and messaging.
- Ability to understand complex SaaS and service offerings and express them simply across enterprise, reseller, and SMB buyer types.
- Experience supporting sales-led motions; familiarity with partner-led and PLG motions is helpful.
- Strong analytical judgment with the ability to translate product and market insight into clear positioning.
- Systems-oriented thinker capable of bringing clarity to ambiguous or evolving environments.
- Collaborative communicator who works effectively with product, engineering, sales, and editorial peers.
- Mature decision-maker who balances speed with precision and can unify multiple perspectives into a coherent narrative.
Nice to Have
- Multi-product SaaS experience
- Exposure to partner-led or channel GTM motions
- Familiarity with AI-assisted knowledge management systems
Why This Role Matters
Threecolts serves diverse ICPs across multiple flagship products, each with distinct buying criteria. This role ensures our positioning not only aligns internally but performs externally, improving comprehension, resonance, and effectiveness across all GTM motions.
