Digital Marketing Coordinator

The Apple Creek Banking Company is looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role blends strategy, storytelling, and analytics to enhance our community presence, strengthen our brand, and support our business goals. You'll manage campaigns, create content, and collaborate across departments to make a measurable impact in how we serve our customers.

What You'll Do

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including our website, email, and social media platforms.
Write, edit, and design marketing materials such as newsletters, press releases, and advertisements.
Collect and interpret data to evaluate marketing performance and identify growth opportunities.
Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure campaigns align with brand and compliance standards.
Support community events, sponsorships, and other initiatives that reinforce our commitment to the areas we serve.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
1–3 years of experience in marketing or communications, banking or community-focused experience a plus.
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
Experience managing social media, websites, and digital analytics tools.
Bonus points for design or basic video editing skills.
