Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist based in Burnaby, BC, offering the flexibility of some work-from-home days. The candidate will develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals. Responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, building and maintaining relationships, creating promotional campaigns, strategizing for effective sales management, conducting client outreach, and assisting in developing training programs for sales staff.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure clear and professional interactions with clients and team members
- Background in Sales and experience with Sales Management to foster strong client relationships and achieve company goals
- Proficiency in Training sales personnel to share best practices and improve team performance
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective marketing strategies
- Strong organizational and time-management skills for working independently in a hybrid environment
- Proficiency in using marketing and sales tools, including CRM software
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
