We're seeking a motivated Marketing Sales Representative to help local businesses grow with custom marketing, social media solutions. This role combines sales & account management, offering a competitive pay along with a lucrative one time commission on each client on-boarded. If you're passionate about sales and marketing, this is your chance to build a portfolio of monthly-paying clients.

Sales Responsibilities

  • Make 40–60 outbound calls daily (warm + cold leads)
  • Pitch ORCAFY’s marketing services via phone, meetings, and local walk-ins
  • Attend networking events and industry seminars to generate leads
  • Build trust and convert prospects into paying clients
  • Represent ORCAFY and build your personal brand (especially on LinkedIn)
  • Keep your leads board/CRM clean, organised, and consistently updated
  • Collaborate with the internal team to align on offerings and proposals
  • Follow up, follow through, and close deals with confidence

After-Sale Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for your clients post-sale
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention by understanding their goals
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support delivery and execution
  • Spot up-sell/cross-sell opportunities and maximise account value
  • Build long-term trust to reduce churn and grow client accounts

What You Bring

  • Sales experience in a marketing/digital agency is a must
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of marketing services (ads, content, strategy)
  • Highly organised and disciplined with tracking and follow-ups
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable owning the full cycle
