Overview

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Digital Content Proofing Specialist to support seasonal catalog launches. This role ensures accuracy and consistency across product content, images, and tagging to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Type: Remote Contract, must be west coast / PST

Schedule: Regular business hours, M-F, around 35 hrs per week

Duration: 2 months

Pay: $25/hr, paid weekly

Digital Content Proofing Specialist Responsibilities:

• Proof seasonal store catalog for accuracy and completeness
• Review product images, copy, and tagging for compliance with brand standards
• Validate product data and images using online resources
• Ensure proper categorization
• Collaborate with Digital Content and Merchandising teams to resolve discrepancies

Digital Content Proofing Specialist Qualifications:

• 1+ years of relevant experience in QA and site proofing
• Experience/familiarity with apparel products / eCommerce
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and content management systems strongly preferred.
• Basic understanding of digital merchandising workflows strongly preferred.
