Marketing Advisor

to collaborate with teams from coast to coast to enhance NBFWM’s visibility and strengthen its national influence.

Your Role

• Act as a strategic advisor to wealth management professionals to guide decisions and maximize the impact of marketing actions
• Design and execute end-to-end multichannel marketing initiatives (websites, digital and traditional content, advertising, social media) in collaboration with our in-house production team
• Leverage data to optimize initiatives, measure results, and provide informed recommendations
• Contribute to automation and continuous process improvement to increase efficiency and speed of execution

Your Team

Within National Bank Financial – Wealth Management, you’ll join a team of 6 marketing advisors, 3 graphic designers, and 2 web integrators, reporting to the Marketing Director. Our team stands out for its collaborative approach and entrepreneurial spirit. We operate like a versatile internal marketing agency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in multichannel marketing and advisory roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to various brand voices and target audiences
• Ability to manage a high volume of work and meet tight deadlines
• Strong influence and leadership skills to guide stakeholders’ strategic decisions
• Experience in the financial or wealth management sector is an asset
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve productivity and deliverable quality is an asset
• Experience in content optimization and SEO/GenAI is an asset
