A leading global financial institution is on the lookout for a dynamic Product Owner to spearhead extensive application transformation initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of modernizing, simplifying, and rationalizing a complex array of legacy systems, ensuring alignment of technology capabilities with critical business priorities and future architecture goals.

What You'll Tackle

• Define and prioritize transformation backlogs to align with enterprise objectives.
• Lead the roadmap execution for application modernization and simplification.
• Coordinate delivery efforts among engineering, architecture, and operations teams.
• Facilitate key agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and PI sessions under SAFe methodology.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and integration points across programs.
• Provide regular, transparent updates to senior business and technology leaders.
• Champion best practices in agile delivery and documentation.
• Support cultural and process transformations towards modern application management.

What You Bring

• 7-10 years of experience in product ownership or delivery leadership within technology sectors.
• Demonstrated success in overseeing transformation or modernization programs.
• Comprehensive understanding of Agile and SAFe frameworks, Jira, and Confluence.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills tailored for executive audiences.
• A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to execution.
• Expertise in risk management, dependency coordination, and release planning.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes in complex environments.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with cloud services or application migration processes.
• A background in product cost optimization or portfolio rationalization.
