Our client is expanding their Lifecycle Marketing capabilities and needs a Martech Specialist who can bridge marketing strategy with technical execution. This role will be embedded directly into their lifecycle marketing teams, helping shape their personalization strategy, optimize customer journeys, and demonstrate what “good” looks like across their martech ecosystem.

What You'll Do

  • Own day-to-day work inside Segment and Braze, including audience creation, event configuration, journey building, and campaign orchestration.
  • Translate marketing goals into actionable technical implementations, ensuring the correct data, audiences, and triggers are in place.
  • Develop and execute personalized, multi-channel lifecycle campaigns across email, push, in-app messaging, and paid media.
  • Partner with lifecycle marketers to roadmap and optimize journeys; activation, retention, re-engagement, and win-back.
  • Act as the Martech subject-matter expert, guiding the client team on best practices for personalization, segmentation, and customer engagement.
  • Help define their go-to-market strategy from a marketing technology perspective.
  • Support campaign launches across Google Ads, Meta, and other paid platforms, ensuring alignment with lifecycle messaging and segmentation logic.
  • Collaborate with marketing and data teams to validate events, track performance, and make optimization recommendations.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong hands-on experience with Segment (audiences, data events, schema, identity resolution).
  • Strong working experience in Braze (journeys, canvases, personalization logic, experimentation).
  • Understanding of data events, event mapping, and the technical foundations behind audience creation.
  • Background in lifecycle marketing, CRM, marketing automation, or customer engagement.
  • Experience executing multi-channel campaigns, including email, push, in-app, and paid media.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels.
  • Ability to operate as an embedded martech expert within a client marketing team.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate between technical concepts and marketing objectives.
  • Proactive, strategic thinker comfortable shaping processes and guiding non-technical marketers.

Salary

Salary range: CA$75,000 - CA$100,000 annually, with final compensation determined by your qualifications, expertise, experience, and the role's scope.

Location

This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be based in regions that align with the Pacific, Central, or Eastern U.S. time zones to ensure effective collaboration with client and team schedules.

Position Details

This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
