Role: Associate – Marketing, Events & Front of House

Location: London (full time, on-site in our West End office)

About the role

We are seeking a high-energy, creative and detail-driven individual to lead our marketing, brand, communications, workplace experience and event activations. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and technical, with strong organisational ability, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building community and culture in a purpose-driven investment environment.

Responsibilites Overview

Marketing, Branding & Communications

  • Own and uphold the firm’s brand identity, tone, and creative standards across all platforms.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, templates, and design assets.
  • Lead marketing strategy, planning and forecasting across digital and physical channels.
  • Manage social media sites, creating and publishing content that reflects our values.
  • Capture and share firm activity, events, insights and cultural moments.
  • Track digital performance and analytics, driving continual improvement.
  • Manage end-to-end podcast production: guest coordination, audio and videography, briefing notes, recording logistics, editing, distribution, and promotional content.
  • Edit content to market the podcast: clips, reels, thumbnails and copywriting content.
  • Design presentations, newsletters, event materials and digital collateral.

Front of House & Office Manager

  • Lead front-of-house operations, being the first port of call and ensuring all guests and clients receive a warm welcome.
  • Manage the daily operations of the office creating a collaborative environment.
  • Provide first-line support for basic AV and video conferencing set-up in meeting rooms and office areas and liaise with IT and facilities service providers.
  • Coordinate stock, kitchen, and bathroom supplies, placing weekly orders, coordinating post/ courier needs and liaising with suppliers.
  • Support onboarding for new joiners, including workspace preparation and introductions.
  • Oversee facilities administration and coordinate office maintenance and upgrade projects.
  • Champion workplace culture, wellness and mental health awareness, including small wellness initiatives, healthy snacks, and occasional volunteering or charity-focused activities that reflect the firm’s B Corp ethos.

Event & Activations

  • Lead event management, inclusive of logistics, vendor coordination, managing staff, briefs, guest outreach, and on the day logistics.
  • Build and manage relationships with key vendors, creative partners and media contacts, supporting sponsorships and community partnerships.
  • Manage CRM, email platforms, digital tools, and workflow systems to track invites, attendance, follow-ups and relationship touchpoints.
  • Plan and deliver offsites and strategy days for the team.

Ideal Candidate

  • 18 months+ experience in marketing, brand, events or creative operations (experience in financial services is a plus).
  • Strong copywriting, organisational and project management skills.
  • Experienced in podcast or multimedia production, including videography and audio skills.
  • Confident across Canva, Microsoft 365, AI tools and social media management platforms.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in guest services, hospitality, or front-of-house roles.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills within a fast-paced office environment.
  • Actively using AI tools daily; open to experimenting with new technologies.
  • Acts with integrity and always understands the importance of confidentiality.
  • Takes pride in their work and is a bar raiser.
  • Highly adaptable and dependable with a proactive, “no task too small” mindset.

This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Albemarle Street office, where you’ll be part of a fun, creative, and highly professional environment.
