What We’re Looking For

Hunter Durant, a real estate investment, advisory, and brokerage firm, is hiring a hybrid Marketing & Executive Operations Coordinator to support both company-wide marketing initiatives, prepare formal documents and provide direct admin assistance to partners TJ Doyle and Austin Wolfington.

This role is ideal for someone highly organized, resourceful, comfortable with basic contracts, and eager to gain exposure across marketing, real estate operations, and executive business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide back of house support for our national real estate team and projects throughout the United States
  • Coordinate creation and distribution of email campaigns and social media content
  • Assist with property marketing: signage, listings, pitch decks, and flyers
  • Manage CRM data, update contact lists, and support email list segmentation
  • Provide executive administrative support: scheduling, travel, and inbox management
  • Support internal and external event coordination
  • Assist with light bookkeeping and data entry
  • Maintain organized digital files and Dropbox folders
  • Qualifications
  • 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, executive support, or real estate preferred
  • Proficiency in Canva, Constant Contact (or similar), and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication, time management, and multitasking abilities
