Digital Printing Press Operator - 2nd Shift

Heeter is seeking a 2nd shift Digital Printing Press Operator to join our dynamic team. This role involves running advanced digital printing presses including Ricoh VC70000, Ricoh 9210, and Ricoh Z75, in a fast-paced environment that demands high energy and precision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up and operate digital presses according to job specifications while ensuring detail and accuracy.
• Adhere to standardized processes and maintain safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and support other production areas, including digital bindery, as required.
• Keep workspaces clean and organized.
• Perform additional duties as requested by supervisors or management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Mechanically inclined with experience operating inserting machines.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced setting.
• Team-oriented with the capability to work independently.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Lift and pull weights of up to 35 lbs frequently, and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Work in a manufacturing facility with consistent machine noise.
• Capability to read small print and have good depth and color perception.
• Must pass a background and drug test.

SCHEDULE

• Monday to Friday, 3 PM to 11 PM.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required.
