Location: West GTA, ON (Mississauga – Brampton – Etobicoke and similar)

Compensation: $180,000- $200,000 bonus benefits etc.

Permanent full-time

Minimum 3 to 4 Days on site

Some travel involved less than 30%

Our client is a well-established CPG organisation. To support their growth and expansion plans, they now have a new leadership position open for a dynamic and visionary Director of Digital Marketing to lead and grow the e commerce, B2B & D2C streams, drive the growth of the brands and enhance the revenue streams. This will be a hands-on data driven, analytical yet strategic role that will require people leadership, coaching and mentoring skills. The role is based in west GTA (Mississauga – Brampton - Etobicoke, ON area).

Director, Digital Marketing is fully responsible for the digital marketing strategy and execution, people leadership, performance management, allocation and evaluation of the marketing spend, creation and implementation of KPIs on all platforms including E Commerce, social media, Ad campaigns, PPC campaigns (Facebook), and retail media, globally. You will analyse the existing digital marketing strategy, conduct gap analysis and create a future path to align digital marketing platforms, e commerce, 3P (third party seller accounts), customer ecommerce channels and similar avenues, systematizing the entire process including content optimisation and media investments. The role will harmonize the product, brand and corporate messaging goals and align the marketing spends with NPI (New Product Innovation), Demand Forecasting, Supply Chain & Fulfilment teams.

Director, Digital Marketing will ideally have an analytical data-driven mindset, a proven ability to build profitable brands by driving demand, brand loyalty, innovation, advertising, media, consumer promotions and marketing analytics. A minimum of 10-12 years of digital marketing experience with 5-7 years of senior leadership experience, familiarity with Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, AMS Amazon Advertising, Criteo, Google Analytics and similar. Degree in Business – Marketing, E Commerce, Communication and similar, MBA- Marketing preferred. Excellent English communication skills, experience in leading coaching mentoring and performance management is a MUST.
