We are a U.S.-based digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, Google Ads, Local Service Ads, and full lead-generation solutions for Home Services companies—including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, painting, cleaning, remodeling, and more. We are growing and seeking a skilled Cold Caller / Appointment Setter who already understands the home services space.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for making outbound calls to Home Services companies during 7am–3pm PST, introducing our agency, and setting qualified appointments with owners, office managers, or key decision-makers.

Responsibilities

Make a high volume of outbound cold calls daily
Contact home services companies (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, etc.)
Follow a script but adapt naturally to conversations
Reach and qualify business owners, managers, or decision-makers
Explain our marketing services clearly and confidently
Set appointments via hot transfer or scheduled call
Log notes, outcomes, and appointments inside our CRM
Use and navigate Close CRM (and other CRMs like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zoho)
Manage callbacks and follow-up sequences
Work independently and consistently deliver results

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years cold calling experience specifically with Home Services companies
Strong history of setting appointments with U.S.-based home service businesses
Excellent English — clear, confident, and friendly speaking voice
Strong objection-handling and rapport-building skills
Familiarity with Close CRM (preferred)
Reliable internet and quiet workspace
Able to work 7am–3pm PST Monday–Friday
Comfortable with performance-driven work
