We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Advertising Strategist to join our dynamic team, combining expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Manager, and our proprietary optimization platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive campaign strategies that leverage our automation technology to drive tangible results for our clients. This role will involve managing Digital Advertising customers and ensuring a high level of client retention through proactive optimizations and strategic management.
This is a remote role reporting to the Director of Advertising Operations.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Utilize our proprietary optimization platform to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Google and Facebook platforms.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics and implement optimization tactics as needed to maximize conversions and ROI.
- Understand client goals, objectives, and performance expectations for DigAd customers. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on our optimization and bidding techniques.
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve DigAd issues promptly.
- Collaborate with our Product and Revenue Operations teams to escalate and prioritize technical enhancements and bug fixes based on customer needs.
- Leverage advanced data analytics tools and techniques to derive actionable insights from campaign performance data.
- Partner closely with onboarding to ensure set-up accuracy and long-term client success.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization across accounts, providing strategic recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies in digital advertising and ad tech.
- Collaborate with our product development team to prioritize and implement new features and enhancements based on client feedback and market demands.

Annual base starting salary: $76,000 - $111,000, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. On target earnings (base + variable) up to $135K
Benefits Options: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life/AD&D, EAP, 15 vacation days per year to start, 80 hours of sick leave, 12 paid holidays, paid parental leave, & 401k.

To be a Digital Advertising Strategist at Fullpath you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Advertising or Campaign Specialist, preferably within the digital marketing or advertising industry.
- Expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Manager, with proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Familiarity with our proprietary optimization platform or similar ad tech solutions preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable conclusions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate campaign strategies and performance metrics to clients.
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving results through innovation.
- Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and perform extensive computer work, both of which are key aspects of this role.
- Ability to perform job duties from a home office, when applicable, utilizing necessary technology and maintaining productivity.
- Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the job to ensure consistent workflow and communication.
