We’re looking for a motivated digital marketing specialist who is eager to learn and grow, yet brings a solid foundation in digital marketing execution, especially building and optimizing paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate is driven, curious, willing to research and develop new skills, and excited to work alongside our team to deliver measurable results.
Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Execution (Primary Focus)
- Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Retargeting)
- Additional platforms as needed (LSA, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Conduct audience research, build creative variants, split-test ads, and manage ongoing performance optimizations.
- *Set up conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and understanding of pulling and creating reports.
HubSpot CRM & Marketing Automation
- Build and manage automated workflows, nurture sequences, and campaign triggers inside HubSpot.
- Set up lists, segmentation rules, lifecycle stages, and attribution reporting.
- Assist with email marketing, form integrations, and lead routing setup.
SEO Support & Execution
- Assist with all three pillars of SEO:
- On-Page SEO: metadata, content updates, keyword implementation, internal linking, schema markup.
- Off-Page SEO: directory submissions, citations, backlink outreach, reputation management.
- Technical SEO: troubleshooting crawl errors, indexing issues, redirects, site speed, and high-priority site fixes.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content cluster planning.
- Work within SEO tools such as SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and others.
Landing Page Development & Funnel Support
- Build high-converting landing pages for paid campaigns, events, webinars, and funnels. (ModX website frameworks is what we use.)
- Customize layouts, content blocks, forms, and testing variations for A/B experiments.
- Ensure landing pages are mobile-optimized, fast, and aligned with campaign goals.
Conversion Tracking, Analytics & Reporting
- Set up tracking using:
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Google Ads Conversion Setup
- Meta Pixel
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- HubSpot tracking tools
- Create custom events, conversion actions, and reporting dashboards.
- Test tracking setups end-to-end to ensure accurate data flow across systems.
Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Strong Plus) MODX CMS Experience
- Ability to build or update registration pages, SEO elements, and custom modules in MODX.
- Familiarity with template editing, content blocks, and system configuration.
- Willingness to learn MODX quickly, as our team uses it for all event pages and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing execution.
- Demonstrated ability to build and optimize Meta and Google campaigns (not just strategize).
- Experience using HubSpot CRM, workflows, lists, email marketing, and basic automation.
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals (technical, on-page, off-page).
- Familiarity with landing page builders, CMS platforms, or front-end editing.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with tracking, pixels, UTM links, and performance dashboards.
- Curiosity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new platforms.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
