General Scope of Position As the Chief Marketing Officer at Del Real Foods, you will be at the forefront of our brand's growth strategy, spearheading initiatives that define and elevate our presence in the dynamic Hispanic food market. Your role will extend beyond traditional marketing, encompassing strategic leadership and collaboration across various channels to ensure our products resonate with diverse consumer segments. Job DescriptionStrategic Brand Development:Craft and execute holistic marketing strategies that position Del Real Foods as a distinctive and culturally resonant brand within the CPG Hispanic food market.Define brand messaging and differentiation strategies to engage target audiences across multiple distribution channels.Multi-Channel Marketing:Oversee and synchronize marketing efforts across diverse channels including retail, club, food service, and specialty stores like Whole Foods and Sprouts.Collaborate seamlessly with channel-specific teams to tailor marketing campaigns that optimize effectiveness within each distribution channel.Digital and E-commerce Leadership:Lead the charge in enhancing Del Real Foods' online visibility and consumer engagement through robust digital marketing strategies.Leverage data analytics to refine digital campaigns, boosting e-commerce sales and establishing a strong online brand presence.Retail Partnerships and Presence:Foster and fortify relationships with key retail partners, including Whole Foods, Sprouts, and other significant accounts, to maximize shelf presence and capitalize on sales opportunities.Product Launches and Innovation:Drive the successful introduction of new products, overseeing the entire product life cycle from ideation to market.Collaborate closely with R&D to identify and capitalize on market trends, ensuring Del Real Foods remains innovative and attuned to consumer preferences.Marketing Analytics and Continuous Improvement:Establish meaningful KPIs to gauge the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.Harness the power of data-driven insights to refine strategies, ensuring continual improvement and optimization of marketing efforts.Job Requirements and Qualifications Proven leadership experience 8+ years in senior marketing roles within the CPG industry.Deep understanding of the unique dynamics and trends.Demonstrated success in devising and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across various functions.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
