To succeed in this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or transformation within the health insurance industry. A strong track record in delivering large-scale transformation initiatives, along with data analysis and operational design capabilities, is essential. Familiarity with enabling technologies like automation, analytics, and AI is a plus.
