About the Role
The Company is looking for a dynamic VP of AI Transformation to spearhead the strategic development and implementation of cutting-edge AI technology aimed at enriching the educational experience for both students and instructors. In this pivotal role, you will identify key market opportunities, collaborate with senior leadership to drive transformative changes in the education sector, and ensure the ethical utilization of AI technologies. The ideal candidate will create a comprehensive AI strategy, perform financial analyses, and work with cross-functional teams to effectively integrate AI into our educational products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of AI initiatives that enhance educational products.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify market opportunities and drive innovation.
- Ensure ethical and responsible usage of AI across the organization.
- Conduct financial analyses to support AI projects.
- Mentor and lead teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Regularly assess and optimize AI solutions for effectiveness and user satisfaction.
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of leadership experience in product management and technology, with a total of 15 years in the field. A proven track record of launching successful products, experience in fast-paced and high-growth environments, and exceptional relationship-building skills are essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are critical for analyzing data, market trends, and customer needs effectively to guide decision-making and resource allocation.
