About the Role
An advanced Performance Media Buyer is needed to manage high daily advertising spend and oversee Meta Ads and Google Ads operations. This position requires a professional capable of correcting account structure issues, reducing auction overlap, improving lead quality, and implementing best practices recommended directly by Meta specialists. The role is fully in person at a Miami based office and requires daily collaboration with leadership to ensure strong performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Meta campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp with a considerate daily spend.
- Identify and eliminate auction overlap across campaigns, ad sets, and audiences to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
- Consolidate and restructure ad accounts following Meta best practices, including Advantage Plus and automation strategies.
- Build, launch, and maintain high performing lead generation, conversion, and retargeting campaigns.
- Implement and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and tracking accuracy across all digital assets.
- Apply the “maximize number of conversion leads” performance goal for instant forms and refine for stronger lead quality.
- Test creative variations, refine audiences, and evaluate performance at the account level rather than isolated ad sets.
- Manage Google Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns to support the overall lead generation strategy.
- Monitor daily metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, lead volume, and lead quality in alignment with internal sales feedback.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce effective ad graphics, videos, headlines, and test variations.
- Oversee WhatsApp campaign routing, instant form follow up processes, and landing page performance.
- Maintain compliance with advertising policies for medical and elective procedure markets.
- Provide daily reporting, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
- Work proactively with Meta’s assigned specialist and implement platform recommendations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing significant daily budgets on Meta Ads.
- Advanced understanding of account structure optimization, audience overlap reduction, and campaign consolidation.
- Hands on experience with Advantage Plus, automation features, and real time optimization.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation systems, instant forms, creative testing frameworks, and performance analytics.
- Ability to identify structural inefficiencies that increase cost or reduce delivery.
- Experience managing Google Ads including Search, Display, and YouTube.
- Strong understanding of tracking systems including Pixel, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager, and domain verification.
- Comfortable working in person each day and collaborating directly with executives.
- Experience in medical, cosmetic, or elective surgery advertising is preferred.
Work Environment
This is a fully on site position located in Miami. Daily in person collaboration is required.
Compensation
Compensation is highly competitive and dependent on experience, demonstrated performance, and ability to manage high spend efficiently.
