Their flat structure and collaborative culture mean decisions are made quickly, and ideas are valued – creating an environment where you can truly make an impact.
About the Role
As Sales & Marketing Manager – Specialist Care, you’ll lead the introduction of a breakthrough neurology treatment into the UK private healthcare market. This is a field-based role covering London and the South East, where you’ll blend sales expertise with marketing know-how to drive adoption and deliver growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive uptake of a flagship neurology brand in private clinics and specialist centres.
- Build strong relationships with clinicians, decision-makers, and commercial teams.
- Influence prescribing behaviour through compelling value propositions.
- Collaborate with the brand team to execute marketing tactics – events, omnichannel campaigns, and targeted initiatives.
- Provide insights from the field to shape messaging and promotional strategies.
- Identify and prioritise high-potential accounts for focused engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- ABPI qualification (essential).
- Proven success in pharmaceutical sales, ideally in specialist care.
- Experience selling into private healthcare OR in commercially driven sectors such as aesthetics or fertility.
- Exposure to marketing projects or campaigns – ability to implement tactics at territory level.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of private healthcare systems and funding pathways.
Why This Role?
This is a rare opportunity to work in a high-growth, premium market where you’ll have a blank canvas to make your mark. You’ll enjoy autonomy, cross-functional collaboration, and the chance to shape how innovative treatments reach patients who need them most.
Package: Competitive basic salary, and a comprehensive benefits package.
