Overview

We are seeking a creative, organised, and strategy-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and content efforts across social media, video, brand development, and digital assets. This role is ideal for someone who can combine hands-on content creation with high-level strategy to elevate our brand presence, generate high-quality leads, and showcase our premium work through compelling storytelling.

This position is primarily remote, with travel required for on-site video and photo shoots. A company vehicle can be provided for certain journeys.

Every qualified lead that comes from this new line of marketing will result in bonuses being paid.

Position is for part time over 6 months but could be extended providing KPI‘s are met.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Digital Campaigns

  • Plan, execute, and optimise social media campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
  • Develop and manage social content calendars
  • Track performance metrics and adjust strategies for growth and engagement
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice, messaging, and visuals

2. Short-Form Video Production & Personal Brand Growth

  • Create engaging short-form videos for social channels, including behind-the-scenes, project showcases, and personal brand content
  • Capture, edit, and publish videos using modern formats suited for high-performing platforms
  • Support development of the founder’s and company’s personal brand through creative storytelling
  • Manage all video assets and maintain production equipment

3. Video Case Studies (Projects & Installations)

  • Plan, film, and edit high-quality video case studies that highlight completed projects, client stories, and technical craftsmanship
  • Conduct on-site filming at project locations (travel required)
  • Coordinate with project managers and clients to capture accurate and compelling narratives
  • Produce both long-form and short-form edits for use across the website, social media, and sales collateral

4. Content Creation & Blogging

  • Write high-quality blog posts, articles, and case study descriptions that reinforce our expertise and improve SEO
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure content accuracy
  • Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized formats for campaigns

5. Website Management (Webflow)

  • Maintain and update the company website via Webflow
  • Upload blogs, case studies, videos, landing pages, and branded content
  • Enhance website usability, SEO, and conversion performance
  • Manage content organisation and visual consistency

6. Graphic Design & Marketing Materials (Canva)

  • Create and manage branded assets for digital and print, including brochures, presentations, pitch decks, and campaign materials
  • Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and support sales objectives

7. Lead Nurturing & Email Marketing

  • Create email campaigns for new leads, partners, and existing clients
  • Write personalised outreach letters and nurture sequences
  • Monitor engagement and optimise based on analytics

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management
  • Strong videography and video editing skills (essential for case studies and short-form content)
  • Competency in Webflow website management (or ability to learn quickly)
  • Proficient in Canva or similar design tools
  • Excellent writing skills for blogs, scripts, captions, and email content
  • Understanding of SEO, analytics, and social media algorithms
  • Ability to travel for on-site video shoots; full UK driving licence preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating case study videos or documentary-style storytelling
  • Background with premium, luxury, or technical brands
  • Photography and videographer skills are preferable

  • Creative with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple content streams and deadlines
  • Comfortable travelling for shoots and capturing real-world environments
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely with autonomy
  • Confident communicating with clients and internal teams
