We’ve launched a Brazilian general e-commerce dropshipping store on Shopify, offering products across fashion, home decor, beauty, kids, pets, and more. We're looking for a native Brazilian E-commerce expert to analyze our site and provide a clear, actionable report to boost conversion rates.

Your mission is to identify user experience gaps, optimize our funnel—from product discovery through checkout—and help us adapt to Brazilian shopper behavior and expectations.

SCOPE OF WORK

Site Audit
-- Evaluate the full customer journey: homepage, product/category pages, mobile usability, trust signals, and site structure.
-- Review the cart and checkout flow with a specific understanding of Shopify's limitations (e.g., restricted customization at checkout).
-- Analyze copy, UI/UX conventions, payment options, and localized experiences for Brazilian users.
Conversion Strategy Report
-- A detailed PDF or Google Doc report including:
-- Summary of issues with screenshots.
-- A Priority/Impact Matrix showing what to fix first based on impact and effort.
-- Benchmark examples from leading Brazilian e-commerce sites (e.g. Magalu, Mercado Livre, Americanas etc.), including visual comparisons and insights.

REQUIREMENTS

Native Brazilian Portuguese speaker
Based in Brazil (preferred)
Proven experience with e-commerce for the Brazilian market
Strong knowledge of Shopify’s platform, especially its checkout limitations and customization constraints
Fluent in English communication
Bonus: Experience with tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, Lucky Orange, or similar
