Job Overview

Our boutique plastic surgery practice is seeking a personable, strategic, and creative Patient Liaison and creative Social Media and Marketing guru to bridge the gap between patient care and brand growth. This unique hybrid role combines patient communication, social media content creation, and marketing coordination to elevate the patient experience and strengthen our digital presence. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and well-versed in current trends across aesthetic medicine and social media.

Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

Create and publish weekly content across multiple platforms such as: TikTok, Instagram, RealSelf, Facebook, Reddit, and YouTube.
Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities for engagement.
Collaborate with providers to generate educational, authentic, and engaging content.
Track and analyze social media metrics to guide content strategy and improve reach.
Actively engage with followers and prospective patients via comments, DMs, and Q&A sessions.
Edit images and videos for high-quality, brand-aligned presentation.

2. Practice Development

Support the implementation of a patient loyalty program in collaboration with the Practice Manager.
Help develop and execute strategies focused on patient retention and referral growth.
Extract and interpret key performance data from EHR and CRM systems , and manual tracking.

3. Marketing & Website Performance

Collaborate with the web team to assess and enhance website performance and SEO rankings.
Identify marketing opportunities and direct content creation in line with industry trends.
Assist in monitoring paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta.

4. Patient Liaison & Conversion

Develop thorough knowledge of the practice’s services, processes, differentiators, and patient journey.
Support medical staff in educating patients about procedures, products, and services.
Proactively engage with prospective patients to provide information and support their decision-making process.
Request and manage the collection of patient testimonials and online reviews.
Multilingual skills (e.g., Chinese or Vietnamese) are highly beneficial in serving our diverse patient base.

Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, or patient-facing roles (experience in aesthetics or healthcare preferred).
Strong skills in content creation with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
Familiarity with advertising strategies on social media platforms.
Proficiency in content creation and editing skills (familiarity with Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
Ability to analyze data from social media campaigns to inform future strategies and comfortable with reviewing KPIs and marketing data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Empathetic and professional demeanor with a passion for aesthetics and patient care.
