Role Overview

We're looking for an energetic, self-motivated fresh graduate to join our team as a Social Media Marketing & Sales Representative. This hybrid role combines creative marketing with direct customer engagement — you'll be the face of our brand online while also connecting with potential clients to showcase our AI solutions.

Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing

Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, TikTok)
Build our online presence and grow our follower base
Track performance metrics and optimize content strategy

Customer Communication & Sales

Respond to inquiries from potential customers promptly and professionally
Conduct live product demos showcasing our AI platform capabilities
Present our services and explain how they solve customer problems
Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with prospects
Close sales and onboard new clients

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (any field — recent graduates welcome)
Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with technology and eager to learn about AI
Self-disciplined and able to work independently from home
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

Nice to Have

Experience with social media content creation
Basic knowledge of CRM tools
Interest in AI, chatbots, or SaaS products
Previous customer service or sales experience
