Role Overview

We're looking for an energetic, self-motivated fresh graduate to join our team as a Social Media Marketing & Sales Representative. This hybrid role combines creative marketing with direct customer engagement — you'll be the face of our brand online while also connecting with potential clients to showcase our AI solutions.

Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing

• Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, TikTok)
• Build our online presence and grow our follower base
• Track performance metrics and optimize content strategy

Customer Communication & Sales

• Respond to inquiries from potential customers promptly and professionally
• Conduct live product demos showcasing our AI platform capabilities
• Present our services and explain how they solve customer problems
• Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with prospects
• Close sales and onboard new clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (any field — recent graduates welcome)
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with technology and eager to learn about AI
• Self-disciplined and able to work independently from home
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

Nice to Have

• Experience with social media content creation
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools
• Interest in AI, chatbots, or SaaS products
• Previous customer service or sales experience
