Marketing Designer (B2B)

Capsmith, Inc. is looking for an entry-level Marketing Designer with Adobe Creative Cloud experience who can turn marketing ideas into designs and deliverables. Candidate specializes in Marketing and can implement a system of tracking if marketing initiatives are yielding results.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns for our headwear products, including designing marketing collateral.
Design marketing assets using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and video editing tools (product visuals, web graphics, social media, ads)
Implement and manage social media strategies to drive awareness and leads
Recommend and execute ideas to increase website traffic, inquiries, and sales
Track and analyze marketing ROI and lead performance, identifying which efforts drive results

Qualifications

Interest in B2B marketing
Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
Understanding of good design principles
Experience with marketing analytics, tracking, and ROI measurement
Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude
Comfortable working in a small, established business
Entry-level knowledge of website analytics and e-commerce tools

Preferred

Basic knowledge of web design
Experience with Mailchimp or other e-mail newsletter marketing platforms
