Marketing Designer (B2B)

Capsmith, Inc. is looking for an entry-level Marketing Designer with Adobe Creative Cloud experience who can turn marketing ideas into designs and deliverables. Candidate specializes in Marketing and can implement a system of tracking if marketing initiatives are yielding results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns for our headwear products, including designing marketing collateral.
  • Design marketing assets using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and video editing tools (product visuals, web graphics, social media, ads)
  • Implement and manage social media strategies to drive awareness and leads
  • Recommend and execute ideas to increase website traffic, inquiries, and sales
  • Track and analyze marketing ROI and lead performance, identifying which efforts drive results

Qualifications

  • Interest in B2B marketing
  • Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
  • Understanding of good design principles
  • Experience with marketing analytics, tracking, and ROI measurement
  • Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Comfortable working in a small, established business
  • Entry-level knowledge of website analytics and e-commerce tools

Preferred

  • Basic knowledge of web design
  • Experience with Mailchimp or other e-mail newsletter marketing platforms
