Marketing Designer (B2B)
Capsmith, Inc. is looking for an entry-level Marketing Designer with Adobe Creative Cloud experience who can turn marketing ideas into designs and deliverables. Candidate specializes in Marketing and can implement a system of tracking if marketing initiatives are yielding results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns for our headwear products, including designing marketing collateral.
- Design marketing assets using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and video editing tools (product visuals, web graphics, social media, ads)
- Implement and manage social media strategies to drive awareness and leads
- Recommend and execute ideas to increase website traffic, inquiries, and sales
- Track and analyze marketing ROI and lead performance, identifying which efforts drive results
Qualifications
- Interest in B2B marketing
- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
- Understanding of good design principles
- Experience with marketing analytics, tracking, and ROI measurement
- Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable working in a small, established business
- Entry-level knowledge of website analytics and e-commerce tools
Preferred
- Basic knowledge of web design
- Experience with Mailchimp or other e-mail newsletter marketing platforms
