*Position Overview**
*Key Responsibilities**
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across **Meta (Facebook/Instagram)** and **Google Ads**:
Create and support the development of digital marketing assets, including ads, graphics, video content, and other brand materials
Assist with content strategy and execution across digital platforms
Monitor performance analytics and provide regular reporting on KPIs
Coordinate promotions, product launches, and marketing initiatives with internal teams
Stay informed on ecommerce trends and digital marketing best practices
*Qualifications**
Minimum 3 years of experience in ecommerce or digital marketing roles
Proficiency with **Meta Ads Manager**, **Google Ads**, and **Klaviyo**:
Strong creative skills and comfort developing digital assets and marketing creatives
Familiarity with **Shopify** and ecommerce workflows
Experience with performance marketing and customer acquisition strategies
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
*Preferred Experience**
Background in consumer products, sports, or fitness industries
Experience working in a **startup or growth-stage company**:
Experience with influencer marketing or affiliate program management
Graphic design, video editing, or other content creation skills considered an asset
