We're a growth-stage company selling through direct-to-consumer, retail, and white-label channels. Our products are used by athletes, teams, and coaches across North America to bring more energy and engagement to practices and skill development.

• *Key Responsibilities**
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across **Meta (Facebook/Instagram)** and **Google Ads**:
• Create and support the development of digital marketing assets, including ads, graphics, video content, and other brand materials
• Assist with content strategy and execution across digital platforms
• Monitor performance analytics and provide regular reporting on KPIs
• Coordinate promotions, product launches, and marketing initiatives with internal teams
• Stay informed on ecommerce trends and digital marketing best practices
• *Qualifications**
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ecommerce or digital marketing roles
• Proficiency with **Meta Ads Manager**, **Google Ads**, and **Klaviyo**:
• Strong creative skills and comfort developing digital assets and marketing creatives
• Familiarity with **Shopify** and ecommerce workflows
• Experience with performance marketing and customer acquisition strategies
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
• *Preferred Experience**
• Background in consumer products, sports, or fitness industries
• Experience working in a **startup or growth-stage company**:
• Experience with influencer marketing or affiliate program management
• Graphic design, video editing, or other content creation skills considered an asset
