We are looking for someone who can OWN the Shopify platform end-to-end and make it generate revenue.

🎯 Role Overview

We are hiring a highly skilled E-commerce Growth Manager to build, optimize, and manage our Shopify store with a clear goal:

Increase revenue, conversion rate, and ROAS.

You will be responsible for everything that impacts sales, including:

  • Shopify development & management
  • UI/UX optimization
  • SEO
  • Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • Funnel optimization
  • Analytics & conversion tracking

This is a long-term role for someone who understands how design, traffic, and conversion work together.

πŸ› οΈ Key ResponsibilitiesπŸ›’ Shopify Store Management

  • Build, customize, and manage Shopify stores (themes, apps, custom sections)
  • Optimize product pages for conversion and trust
  • Manage collections, navigation, filters, and checkout experience
  • Ensure site speed, mobile optimization, and clean UX
  • Handle integrations (payment gateways, shipping, apps, tracking tools)

🎨 UI / UX & Conversion Optimization

  • Design clean, premium, conversion-focused layouts
  • Improve:
  • Product page layout
  • PDP copy structure
  • Trust signals (reviews, guarantees, badges)
  • Checkout flow
  • Run A/B tests and continuously optimize for higher CVR
  • Understand buyer psychology and funnel drop-offs

πŸ” SEO (Shopify-Focused)

  • On-page SEO optimization (titles, meta descriptions, H1–H4, internal linking)
  • Product & collection SEO
  • Image optimization & structured data
  • Keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Improve organic traffic and rankings over time
  • Avoid spammy tactics β€” white-hat only

πŸ“ˆ Paid Advertising (Revenue Responsibility)

You will manage and optimize paid traffic, including:

Google Ads

  • Search, Shopping, Performance Max
  • Product feed optimization
  • ROAS-focused scaling
  • Negative keyword management

Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)

  • Campaign structure (TOF/MOF/BOF)
  • Creative testing (images, videos, copy)
  • Retargeting funnels
  • Budget scaling while maintaining ROAS

You must understand how ads connect to landing pages and conversion rates.

  • Set up and manage:
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Meta Pixel
  • Conversion APIs
  • Track:
  • ROAS
  • CAC
  • Conversion rates
  • AOV
  • Make decisions based on data, not guesses

βœ… Required Skills & ExperienceMUST-HAVE

  • 3+ years experience with Shopify (not WordPress only)
  • Proven experience growing revenue for Shopify stores
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX for e-commerce
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • Solid SEO knowledge specific to Shopify
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Strong English communication (written & spoken)

NICE-TO-HAVE (Big Plus)

  • Experience selling electronics or high-ticket products
  • CRO tools experience (Hotjar, Clarity, A/B testing tools)
  • Copywriting for product pages & ads
  • Experience scaling stores from $0 β†’ $100k+/month
  • Knowledge of marketplaces (Best Buy, Amazon, Walmart)
