RFDM Solutions is a boutique marketing and technology consulting firm based in downtown Victoria. We create cutting edge digital marketing campaigns, websites, and custom software solutions for clients all over North America. We do this for industries as diverse as fashion, health care, cybersecurity, software as service, non-profit, venture capital, and satellite imaging. We are full stack marketing and sales technology experts, and our services include Digital Marketing and Marketing Automation, Website Development, CRM Solutions, and Custom Cloud Application development.

  • *What type of skills and experience do you need to have?**

The main skills and experience we would need you to have are:

  • You are detail oriented and take ownership over the tasks you are given.
  • Versatile experience writing and editing marketing copy, social and web copy, and short and long form articles.
  • Strong and thorough language skills, including substantive editing, fact-checking, and researching and referencing experience.
  • In terms of other important skills, you would need to be comfortable being responsible for delivering projects on a deadline, and for juggling more than one project at a time.

Under normal circumstances, our team would work both in office as well as enjoying options for remote work. However, given the new BC guidelines towards Covid-19 we are offering all employees the choice to work remotely full-time or schedule specific days to work in the office until further notice.

  • *What’s the offer?**

The role is full time, Mon-Fri, based on a standard 7.5 hour work day. The compensation offered will be based on your skills and previous work experience. We also offer a generous extended heath plan, and three weeks paid vacation to start.
