We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Marketing Specialist, CRM to join our More Rewards team in Langley, BC.

You will be responsible for

• Supporting the CRM team on deploying and creating A/B testing strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Ensuring proper tagging and tracking has been included in all campaigns.

You have

• A bachelor’s degree in a Marketing, Advertising, or related field/equivalent experience is preferred.
• Experience in developing campaigns from start to full flight.
• Experience with marketing funnels and Google Analytics is considered an asset.

• A strong communicator, both verbal and written.
• A team player who works and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• A data-driven decision-maker comfortable with analyzing and interpreting marketing data.
• Organized with the ability to prioritize and manage client expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Details

$65,120.00 - $81,400.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
