Join our Marketing team as a Donor and Marketing Insights Analyst, where you’ll transform complex data into strategic insights that shape donor engagement, marketing campaigns, and business growth. This role is key to supporting decision-making across plasma collection operations and specialty programs, ensuring every initiative is backed by data-driven strategies.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to uncover opportunities that boost donor engagement and optimize collection efficiency.
- Lead forecasting and scenario planning for donor flow, plasma collection volumes, and compensation strategies using historical trends and market dynamics.
- Design and analyze A/B tests to measure marketing campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements based on performance metrics and ROI.
- Develop and refine KPIs for marketing initiatives, monitor campaign success, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on internal and external data to identify market trends, risks, and competitive positioning.
- Prepare impactful dashboards and executive presentations that translate data into clear, strategic insights.
- Support strategic business cases for donor compensation, service model decisions, and new center openings or relocations.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory requirements, and data privacy standards while driving process optimization across marketing operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Analytics, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analytics, marketing performance monitoring, or strategic planning.
- Strong skills in forecasting, financial modeling, and campaign evaluation.
- Proficiency in Excel required; experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Power Query preferred.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and analytical programming languages (Python or R) is a plus.
- Ability to communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Travel up to 20% to plasma centers and other company locations.
