About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CRO Analyst to join our team, reporting to the Head of CRO. As part of the team driving growth of Internet Brands' legal business vertical, you will analyze various aspects of our websites, landing pages, forms, chat experiences, and online marketing campaigns to improve conversion rates and overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion data to identify areas for improvement. Regularly report on key metrics and insights.
Customer & Market Research: Conduct user testing and market research to understand customer journey, customer experience, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
A/B Testing and Optimization: Design and coordinate with project managers to launch A/B or multivariate tests to optimize website and campaign performance. Analyze test results and make data-driven recommendations.
User Experience Enhancement: Work closely with the web design and development teams to implement user experience enhancements.
Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and development teams to deploy and measure CRO tests successfully and efficiently.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest tools, technologies, and best practices in CRO and digital marketing.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field
2-5 years experience in CRO, web analytics, and digital marketing
Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio)
Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies (e.g., Adobe Target, Convert.com, A/B Tasty)
Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing strategies
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Creative problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy

Preferred Skills

Certification in Google Analytics or similar tools
CRO program or platform certification
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment

Qualifications
