Unlike the experience of mainstream recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Handshake, the experience of Jobright is more like having a dedicated AI headhunter with extensive recruitment experience for each job seeker. It understands you profoundly while having a deep understanding and up-to-date tracking of all industries, companies, and positions. This truly allows job seekers to switch from the hard mode of searching for jobs among a large number of positions to the easy mode of having the AI recommend suitable jobs directly to them, making the job search experience and efficiency genuinely 10 times better.

The personalized headhunting service that Jobright provides, which was previously only available to high-end talents, is based on the astonishing knowledge understanding, summarization, generation, and dialogue capabilities unlocked by the LLM. This allows us to create a disruptive AI job assistant product with great potential in the industry. Responsibilities

Develop and execute Jobright 0-1 go to market strategy and drive Jobright’s growth organically
Help Jobright identify the PMF by consistently engaging with target users, building community, collect feedbacks and identify their pain points
Establish Jobright as the premier AI job search copilot brand, recognized broadly in the market.
Establish relationships with industry influencers and partners to expand the product's reach.
Develop and implement strategies to increase user retention and engagement.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user growth and engagement.

Requirements

Experience: 3+ years of experience with a proven track record in go-to-market strategies at early-stage tech startups, Solid experience in growth marketing, product marketing, and content marketing, Prior experience in recruiting or HR-related domain is strongly preferred
Technical skills: Expertise in growth marketing tools and analytics platforms, Proficiency in content creation and digital marketing strategies, Knowledge of market research and product positioning techniques
Soft skills: Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to overcome market barriers, Strong communication and relationship-building skills, Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making on growth, Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
