Job Summary

As a Market Retail Manager, you will lead multiple retail branch teams to deliver outstanding customer service, operational excellence, and a culture of teamwork and accountability. You’ll play a vital role in employee development, customer engagement, and business growth across your assigned market.

Key Responsibilities

Provide coaching, training, and support to retail branch teams to enhance performance and customer service.
Monitor team performance and deliver regular feedback and annual reviews.
Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and payroll-related activities.
Handle customer concerns, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a consistently positive experience.
Actively participate in business development and community events to represent the bank.
Monitor and manage branch expenses, operational audits, and adherence to procedures.
Foster a collaborative work environment that supports employee engagement and growth.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of banking experience required.
At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
Prior management experience preferred.
Strong understanding of retail banking operations and federal banking regulations (e.g., BSA, Reg E, Reg CC).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to multiple branches.
Proficient in using standard office software and systems.
