Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a passionate and results-oriented Director of Growth Marketing, someone who reflects our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity.

The Director of Growth Marketing will play a vital role as a senior strategic leader tasked with driving direct-to-consumer (DTC) customer acquisition and enhancing digital performance through various channels, including paid media, affiliate marketing, SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and eCommerce. This position is essential in filling a crucial gap by providing extensive expertise, hands-on leadership, and a culture of testing and learning across all growth-centric channels. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and excels at collaborating across teams to convert strategy into scalable execution.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Performance Marketing Strategy

Own and drive DTC acquisition strategies across paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing, SEO, and CRO.
Oversee execution by both agencies and internal teams across performance channels while ensuring that KPIs (CPL, ROAS, lead volume, CVR) are consistently met.
Manage the digital budget, ensuring proper pacing and optimal channel allocations to foster efficiency and growth.
Lead the testing roadmap for digital campaigns and landing pages, promoting a data-driven culture of growth.

Affiliate & eCommerce Expansion

Develop and scale affiliate programs in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Initiate and optimize eCommerce strategies aimed at enhancing self-service acquisition.
Set benchmarks and performance targets for emerging channels.

Analytics, Insights, & Channel Optimization

Utilize insights from internal teams, platforms, and marketing analysts to refine targeting, messaging, and conversion paths.
Leverage lead scoring outputs to prioritize high-value audiences and tailor messaging strategies to boost downstream conversion rates.
Provide strategic insights to enhance the lead scoring model in alignment with acquisition objectives.
Monitor KPIs weekly/monthly and communicate actionable insights to both internal and agency teams.
Drive continuous improvements in media efficiency, channel mix, and creative performance.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Manage and mentor the growth team, ensuring effective execution of daily campaigns.
Collaborate closely with Brand, MarTech, Analytics, and Customer Marketing teams to ensure integrated growth efforts across the marketing funnel.
Align growth strategies with overall company sales, retention, and operational goals.
Act as a key partner to the SVP of DTC and VP of Marketing regarding channel strategies, vendor performance, and growth innovation.

Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing roles with ownership of budget and channels.
Proficiency in paid media (search/social), affiliate marketing platforms, SEO fundamentals, and CRO.
Experience in launching or scaling eCommerce or lead generation strategies in subscription-based or recurring revenue businesses.
Familiarity with marketing attribution platforms and lead scoring (e.g., Salesforce, GA4, Iterable).
Strong analytical skills with a history of optimizing paid programs based on data insights.
Proven experience in leadership and managing vendor relationships; adept at overseeing agency partnerships and internal teams.
Highly collaborative, action-oriented, with excellent communication and prioritization skills.
