We're hiring an E-Commerce Marketing Manager — full-time, in-house in Victoria, BC.

For 18 years we've roasted coffee for people who love craftsmanship, community, and a little adventure in their day. Our wholesale business is thriving, our online store is growing fast, and we're looking for someone who can help take our digital presence to the next level.

We're looking for an E-Commerce Marketing Manager

with a

deep understanding

of

Shopify

(site management, CRO, subscriptions, integrations)

Klaviyo

(flows, automation, segmentation, retention)

Digital ads

(Meta/Google, creative testing, attribution + ROI)

This is a

full-time, in-house role in Victoria

, working directly with our leadership team. You'll own the online customer journey — from first click to repeat purchase — and build strategies that drive growth, subscriptions, and long-term customer loyalty.
