Marketing Content Manager
Communications Collaborative
Are you a strategic storyteller with a passion for producing high-impact content? A leading professional services firm—consistently recognized as a top workplace—is looking for a Marketing Content Manager to join their innovative, high-performing marketing team.
This is an opportunity to shape and execute a firm-wide content strategy that drives brand visibility, supports thought leadership, and delivers real business results. You'll lead the charge on original content creation, manage a robust editorial calendar, and collaborate with internal subject matter experts to translate complex insights into clear, engaging copy.
What You’ll Do
- Write and publish compelling, SEO-optimized content weekly, including:
- Blog posts (3–4 per week)
- Email newsletters and campaigns (1–2 per month)
- Web copy, social media content, and landing pages
- Own the content calendar and align output with firm-wide marketing priorities
- Develop and execute a content strategy that drives lead generation and builds brand authority
- Interview internal experts and convert their insights into accessible, engaging writing
- Edit and proofread all content for tone, clarity, grammar, SEO, and brand consistency
- Measure content performance and use analytics to optimize future output
- Coordinate with freelancers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing or editorial roles, preferably in B2B or professional services
- A portfolio that showcases exceptional writing and editing skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proven experience developing content across digital channels, including blogs, email, and social
- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMRush, Ahrefs), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and CMS/email systems (e.g., Craft, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot)
- Comfort working with AI content tools and editorial optimization best practices
- Experience interviewing stakeholders and simplifying technical topics for broader audiences
