This is an opportunity to shape and execute a firm-wide content strategy that drives brand visibility, supports thought leadership, and delivers real business results. You'll lead the charge on original content creation, manage a robust editorial calendar, and collaborate with internal subject matter experts to translate complex insights into clear, engaging copy.

What You’ll Do

  • Write and publish compelling, SEO-optimized content weekly, including:
  • Blog posts (3–4 per week)
  • Email newsletters and campaigns (1–2 per month)
  • Web copy, social media content, and landing pages
  • Own the content calendar and align output with firm-wide marketing priorities
  • Develop and execute a content strategy that drives lead generation and builds brand authority
  • Interview internal experts and convert their insights into accessible, engaging writing
  • Edit and proofread all content for tone, clarity, grammar, SEO, and brand consistency
  • Measure content performance and use analytics to optimize future output
  • Coordinate with freelancers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing or editorial roles, preferably in B2B or professional services
  • A portfolio that showcases exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proven experience developing content across digital channels, including blogs, email, and social
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMRush, Ahrefs), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and CMS/email systems (e.g., Craft, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot)
  • Comfort working with AI content tools and editorial optimization best practices
  • Experience interviewing stakeholders and simplifying technical topics for broader audiences
