Can live anywhere in the United States but must be within an hour to 2 of a major airport.

Frequent and regular travel out of state is required for this role.

Job Summary: The Events & Expositions Merchandising Specialist is responsible for providing support in the setup, floor sample orders, and product changes during events and expositions. This role includes assisting in the preparation of SKU analysis, margins, sales, and other reports for management review. The specialist will also coordinate the shipments of point-of-purchase (POP) materials to and from events, as well as track shipments of IT kits to and from events. The specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and effective merchandising during events.

Essential Responsibilities

Assist in setup, floor sample orders and product changes
Assists in preparing SKU analysis, margins, sales and other reports for management review
Coordinates POP shipments to and from events
Coordinates and tracks shipments of IT kits to and from events
Partners with Field Operations to identify discontinued SKU’s and purge systems and inventories of discontinued product
Assists with vendor communications with product, pricing and processes
Assists in preparing reports, charts, and graphs for presentations
Resolves questions, inquiries from customer service
Assists in Preparing analysis of SKUs, margins, sales, and other reporting for manager review
Provides reports to department as needed
Compiles rate of sale data on products weekly
Ensures proper SKU maintenance on all alternative brand merchandising products
Assists in preparing POP order forms
Prepares floor plans for all small volume shows
Creates and submits product order forms to be sent to centralized purchasing
Completes other projects and special assignments as requested by supervisor and/or Senior Management
Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date.
Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all
Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts
Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation
Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations

Non-Essential Responsibilities

Execute company initiatives and other activities requested by supervisor
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
Contribute ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the Company

Education

High School diploma or equivalent required

Professional Experience

2+ Years Retail Experience required And
1+ Years Merchandising Experience required And

Scope

Pay Range

$50,000 - 57,000.
